
Darin entered the financial services industry as a financial advisor in 2003. He spent 10 years at a globally recognized Top 10 Investment Management Firm working as a Senior Analyst on a team managing $4 Billion in assets for high net worth investors. In his last role as Vice President and Regional Director in Utah and Oregon, Darin provided guidance to advisors on investment themes, research, and risk reduction in the construction of client portfolios.
Darin graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance in 2003. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Finance with Distinction from DePaul University in Chicago, IL in 2009. He has Series 7, 65 and 66 securities registrations and also maintains life and health insurance licenses.
Darin’s philosophy is proper risk assessment and planning lead to efficient investment allocation and long-term goal achievement.
Darin is a BYU Alumni Association member and served on the Alumni Board in Chicago. He is actively involved in church and community activities. He lives in Stansbury Park with his wife, Cassandra, and his four children. He enjoys basketball, tennis, golf, water sports, and playing the piano.
