Alisha Evans brings experience in insurance operations, data quality, governance, and administrative support to the Plan 4 Wealth team. She began her career assisting clients with property, casualty, life, health, and Medicare coverage, building a strong foundation in client service and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Plan 4 Wealth, Alisha worked in roles supporting initiatives in carrier access, data quality, and governance. She helped develop data quality processes, validate reports, manage sensitive information, and support cross-functional teams. As a Data Quality and Governance Specialist, she assisted leadership with projects, documented meetings, maintained records, and created training materials and process guides to improve efficiency across departments.
Alisha is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Business Management at Brigham Young University–Idaho. She holds an Administrative Assistant Certificate from BYU–Idaho, a Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Excel, and resident producer licenses in property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys camping and hiking with her children. She is active in her church, participates in relief organizations and volunteer projects, and has a lifelong passion for music, singing in choirs during the holidays. In her free time, she can often be found listening to audiobooks while working on crochet projects.
